We ask you to read these terms and conditions carefully.

Delivery (general)
It is very important that you immediately checks the offered shipment. Check that it are the correct items and the correct quantity. Detected deviations must be reported immediately. If you have not received a delivery from our warehouse within 3 days of shipment, we advise you to contact our Service Desk as soon as possible .

Your order will be processed as soon as possible
If there are any problems, (eg not or not fully in stock) we will contact you. If you urgently need the item and we cannot deliver on time, you can cancel the order without any problems.

There are several options:

Shipping via DPD:

Pick up in a parcelshop of your choice.

You can pick up your order in one of the DPD parcel shops near you when it suits you. We will let you know when it leaves us and DPD will let you know when the parcel is ready for you.

Have it delivered to an address of your choice.

You can have your order delivered to your home address or another address of your choice by DPD.

All shipments are free within Belgium. For the rest of Europe shipping costs are charged for orders up to 300.

Your Order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been received on account number: BE41 0634 1572 0110 . You can also send proof of payment to info@inktpoint.be .
If you pay online, your payment is automatically registered and your order will be shipped immediately.

You live in the Kortrijk region (West Flanders) : Then you can pick up your goods in pick-up desk in Harelbeke. In that case, no shipping costs will be charged and you can pay for your order there.

Warranty period
We offer the following warranty per category:
  • Original printer supplies:
    Original printing supplies are covered by the manufacturer's warranty of the manufacturer of the supplies, Inktpoint is generally not responsible for warranty claims of original printing supplies supplied by it. The purchaser should generally settle warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.
  • Compatible printer supplies:
    All compatible cartridges and toners come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
  • Special offers:
    The special offers are difficult to replace as they usually involve overstock or toners recycled by inktpoint. In this case, please contact the service desk

Return procedure
If you want to return a product within the trial period or want to return a defective product according to the warranty, then you must submit a return request by sending an email. -mail to sales@inktpoint.be.

  • The e-mail must at least include the invoice number and the order number.
  • In the case of defective articles, you must enclose a proof and / or an accurate description of the complaint. A description such as "is defective" or "does not work" is not sufficient. Some suppliers (for example Brother) also require a so-called status page of the defective item to be sent along.
  • After determining that the product is under warranty, you will receive an RMA number, after which you will receive the product. can return. The RMA number is valid for 5 days.
  • In case of returning products within the trial period, the product must be unopened,
  • The product to be returned must be returned properly packaged.
  • The RMA number must be clearly stated on the return shipment.
  • Return shipments without a valid RMA number and / or unstamped shipments will be refused!
  • If, after opening the return shipment, it is found by Inktpoint that the product that has been returned within 14 days under the right of withdrawal, is damaged or used, you will be ordered to pay the invoice.

Wrong order
An incorrect order must be reported to Inktpoint within 7 days after the invoice date by sending an e-mail to sales@inktpoint.be
For an incorrect order, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. The products to be returned must be current and salable as new. Obsolete or goods purchased especially for the customer cannot be taken back. It is not possible to return products that have already been opened. Therefore, always check the goods you have received for correctness before opening the product.
